At Decision Point, we provide an interactive approach to school leader and teacher training. Our simulations are designed to immerse educators in real-world dilemmas that help build decision-making skills.
Who we are
We are a team of 2: a teacher with 25 years experience in high schools and a data analyst helping teachers and students.

How the simulations work

The simulation starts with the school setting and the key teaching point. For example, what the school's behaviour management policy is.

Participants work through scenarios that help them apply the teaching through interactive decision-making.
The first scenario presents the player with a dilemma and a choice needs to make.
03.
It is golf scoring!
The best answer earns the lowest score. The worst answer earns the highest score.
The best answer is the one that most closely aligns with the teaching point.
04.
Players work their way through multiple scenarios an accumulate points.
The players with the fewest points are most in alignment with your school's approaches.
